Study on the Electronic of Organization Code Certificate and its Application in Fujian

组织机构代码(以下简称代码)电子证照是继代码纸质证书和代码IC卡后的又一代码创新载体,提高了代码证的有效性、安全性和防伪性。文章简述了代码电子证照的内涵与意义,从技术角度分析代码电子证照的构成,提出代码电子证照的具体应用模式,以期为政府实施公共管理和社会管理、推行电子政务及电子商务以及建立社会诚信体系提供有力的支撑。

The electronic license of organization code（hereinafter short for code）is another innovation carrier after the paper certiifcate and IC card. It improves the validity, safety and security of the code certiifcate. This paper brielfy describes the connotation and signiifcance, analyzes the composition from a technical point of view, and puts forward the speciifc application mode of the electronic license of code. The purpose of this study is to provide strong support for the implementation of public management and social management, for the implementation of e-government and e-commerce, and also for the establishment of a social credit system.
