摘要
曲挠试验对软电缆的质量检验意义重大。文章着重探讨如何按照曲挠试验要求,正确进行试验及结果评定,避免误判产生安全隐患或者造成资源浪费,严把质量关;以及根据不合格结果分析不合格原因,改进制造工艺,做好事前事中质量控制,避免缺陷的产生,防患于未然。
Flexing test for quality inspection of lfexible cable is signiifcant.This paper focuses on how to correct bend test requirements, test and result evaluation, avoid the miscarriage of justice has the security hidden danger or a waste of resources, strictly the quality pass;and according to the analysis of the unqualiifed results unqualiifed reasons, improve the manufacturing process, do things in quality control, avoid the defects, nip in the bud.
