摘要
文章以福建省标准信息服务平台为例,对标准信息服务平台绩效评价进行了相应的研究,采用客户关系图法对整个标准信息服务平台绩效评价指标进行确定。研究发现,按这种指标设定方法能测出标准信息服务平台运行良好,功能设置比较合理,对企业的经济效益有一定的影响,用户满意度比较高,达到了政府的预期目标,但同时也提出了目前平台存在的问题,并给出了相应的解决措施,为政府决策提高提供一定的基础。
Taking Fujian standard information service platform as an example, the standard information service platform for the corresponding performance evaluation, using customer relationship graph method to build performance evaluation index.The study finds that standard information service platform is running well, function setting is reasonable, to the economic beneift of enterprise have certain effect, user satisfaction is higher, reached the anticipated target of the government, but also puts forward the current problems existing in the platform and gives the corresponding solution measures,.It provides a certain basis to improve government decision-making.
