输卵管堵塞导致患者不孕症的临床治疗现状及分析

Status and analysis the treatment of tubal blockage leading to clinical infertility

目的探讨输卵管堵塞所致不孕症的临床治疗方法,为提高患者治疗效果及生活质量提供可靠依据。方法对46例输卵管阻塞所致不孕症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,内容包括治疗方法、随访妊娠成功率等,对所得资料进行统计学分析。结果输卵管通液术、输卵管通液术+导丝、中西医结合治疗输卵管成功通畅所占比例均高于80%,治疗效果较为理想,而单纯中医治疗输卵管阻塞所致不孕症成功通畅效果并不理想(50%);输卵管通液术、输卵管通液术+导丝、中西医结合治疗后患者成功妊娠率均高于60%,而单纯中医治疗输卵管阻塞所致不孕症患者成功妊娠率仅为33.33%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论宫、腹腔镜联合输卵管通液术治疗输卵管堵塞所致不孕症操作简单、使用方便、疗效显著、妊娠成功率较高,根据患者实际情况可加用导丝或术后给予中西医促排卵药物治疗,获得更为理想的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of infertility due to tubal blockage method, provide a reliable basis for improving the efifcacy and quality of life for patients. Method After 46 cases of tubal obstruction infertility caused by clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, including treatments, follow-up pregnancy success rates, given the statistical analysis concluded. Result The treatment of fallopian tube patency in patients with successful proportion combined with hydrotubation, hydrotubation ＋ guide wire, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were higher than 80%, ideal treatment effect, Chinese medicine treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction successfully smooth the effect is not ideal （50%）;after treatment of patients with successful pregnancy rates were higher than 60%combined with tubal hydrotubation, hydrotubation ＋guide wire, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and pure Chinese medicine treatment of tubal obstruction infertility caused by patients with successful pregnancy rate was only 33.33%, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Simple laparoscopy combined tubal surgery treatment, easy to use, efifcacy signiifcantly higher pregnancy success rate, according to the actual situation of the patient can be added with a guidewire or after ovulation drugs given to Western medicine treatment, to obtain a more desirable therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application.
