摘要
为了改善聚甲醛(POM)的刚性和强度,采用美利肯HPR803i晶须对POM进行了复合增强,并深入研究了添加量及加工工艺对聚甲醛复合材料的性能及外观形态的影响。结果表明,随着晶须添加量的增加,聚甲醛复合材料的刚性和强度也逐步增大,但韧性有所下降;对比两种添加方式发现侧喂料添加明显优于共混添加;当晶须侧喂料添加8%时,弯曲模量增加了61%,当添加量为10%时,弯曲模量增加了85%。
Modified Polyoxymethylene (POM) was prepared through adding Milliken HPR803i whisker to improve the rigidity and strength of POM.The effects of the adding content of the whisker in POM and the processing technique on the property and morphology of POM composite were studied.The results showed the rigidity and strength of POM composite increased with increasing of whisker concentrations while the toughness decreased.The way of adding whisker through side feeder was better than that after mixed one.The flexural modulus of POM increased by 61% with 8% whisker added through side feeder and with an increase of the flexual modulus about 85% with 10% whisker.
