摘要
研究了不同螺杆组合对相同聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸(PC/PLA)共混体系性能的影响;不同的螺杆组合对聚乳酸在聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸体系中的分散性及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,强剪切能力的螺杆组合可以提高聚乳酸在聚碳酸酯中分散性和合金材料的力学性能,并且能提高其加工性能,使其可以部分替代聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)材料的使用。
The effect of different screw combination on the same polycarbonate/poly (lactic acid) blend system performance was studied.The effects of different screw combination on dispersion and mechanical properties of poly(actic acid) in the polycarbonate/poly (lactic acid) system were studied.Results showed that the high shear capacity of screw combination can improve the dispensability of PLA in polycarbonate and the mechanical properties of alloy material as well as the processing performance,making it partly replace the PC/ABS material.
