摘要 以乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW)为增容剂,制备了系列聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/氢化聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SEBS)共混合金。研究了SEBS含量对合金的力学性能、热学性能以及加工性能的影响;并用扫描电镜(SEM)对PBT/SEBS合金的断面形貌进行了分析研究。结果表明,在增容剂PTW的作用下,以PBT为连续相而SEBS为分散相时,两相相容性较好;合金体系的熔体黏度随着SEBS含量的增加而增大;差示扫描分析(DSC)表明,SEBS有限制PBT结晶的作用,但是对PBT的熔融行为几乎没有影响;同时,力学测试结果表明,提高SEBS的含量,体系的冲击强度增大,但是拉伸和弯曲性能却也出现了明显的下降。 Blends of PBT/SEBS compatibilized with PTW as compatibilizer were prepared by melt blending method.The effect of SEBS content on the mechanical,thermal properties and processability of PBT/SEBS blends were identified.The morphology of the fractured surface of the samples was also observed by SEM.Results showed when the PBT was continuous phase and the SEBS as disperse phase the compatibility was well with the PTW.Increasing SEBS content,the melt flow index(MFI) decreased monotonously.DSC observed that SEBS restrained the crystallinity of PBT,but the melting temperatures do not depend on the composition of the blends.The mechanical properties indicated that the impact strength improved with an increase in SEBS loading,however,the tensile and flexural properties decreased greatly.
