聚烯烃弹性体对共聚聚丙烯透明性影响的研究

Research on the Effects of Transparency of Copolymerized Polypropylene Blended With Polyolefin Elastomer

制备多种聚烯烃弹性体与无规共聚聚丙烯的共混物,研究了聚烯烃弹性体对共混物透明性的影响。结果表明,乙烯-丙烯共聚物具有改善透明性的作用,与聚丙烯共混获得良好透明性能;乙烯-丁烯共聚物使共混物结晶更完善,晶粒大而材料不透明;乙烯-辛烯共聚物与PP共混相界面对光线的透过率差而呈半透明状态。

A serial of polyolefin elastomer blended with random copolymerized polypropylene.The effect of polyolefin elastomer on the transparency of the blends was studied.Results showed that ethylene-propylene copolymers had improved the transparency which blended with PP.Ethylene-butene copolymer/PP had perfect crystallization with big grain size so their blends were not transparent.Ethylene-octene copolymer blends with PP,the interface phase was with light transmittance and in a translucent state.
