摘要
针对二维装配工艺设计存在的问题,研究了雷达结构三维装配工艺设计系统。分析了雷达结构三维装配工艺设计过程,建立了雷达结构装配工艺信息模型,研究了EBOM向PBOM的转换技术,提出了一种三维装配工艺信息表示符号。开发并实现了雷达结构三维装配工艺设计系统,同时以某雷达某部件为例,验证了系统的有效性。
To solve the problems of two di-mensional assembly process planning,a radar structure three dimensional assembly process planning system was studied.The procedure of ra-dar structure three dimensional assembly process planning was analyzed,a radar structure assembly process information model was established,the technology of convert EBOM to PBOM was stud-ied,and a three dimensional process information representation sign was proposed.A radar struc-ture three dimensional assembly process planning system was developed,and a radar structure was taken to illustrate the validity of the system.
