虚拟振动试验系统开发

摘要 根据振动分析基本原理,讨论了振动时域分析、冲击响应谱分析和随机振动分析的虚拟振动试验相关算法,研制了虚拟振动试验系统软件模块。系统采用Visual Studio 2005作为开发工具,调用Intel MKL、HOOPS实现模型、分析结果的显示以及系统关键算法的求解,最后采用该系统对车身模型进行振动分析,并与LMS Virtual.Lab分析结果对比,验证了系统振动分析功能的正确性。 Based on the basic principles of vibra-tion analysis,algorithms of virtual vibration test are discussed in this paper,including vibration analysis in time domain,shock response spectral analysis and ran-dom vibration analysis.Software modules of virtual vi-bration test system are developed.Visual Studio 2005 is used to develop the system,calling Intel MKL and HOOPS to realize the virtualization of model or ana-lyzed results and solve the key algorithms.In the end, car model is analyzed by the virtual vibration system to verify the correction of the developed system by com-paring results with LMS Virtual.Lab.
