摘要
根据光敏电阻的光电效应原理,设计了感应传动机构及电路控制机构,用以解决导爆索这种柔性索类生产过程中连续的索径检测。通过探头接触式检测,较好达到索径质量的控制目的。
According to principle of the photo-electric effect of photosensitive resistance,the in-duction transmission gear and the circuit control mechanism are designed, and which is used to solve the continuous cable diameter measurement of detonating fuses,during the flexible cable is produced.Through the probe contact detection, the better quality control goal of cable diameter isachieved.
