某钢铁企业女性职工患精神分裂症的相关研究

Research on Woman with Schizophrenia Working in Some Specific Large-scale Iron and Steel Enterprise

目的探明钢铁工业背景下女性职工患精神分裂症的相关因素及分布特征。方法采集2007年1月至2013年12月在我市两所医院住院并符合ICD-10诊断标准的某钢铁企业女性职工患病、职业信息。结果对31例患者相关数据分析显示:工作环境和患病有关;日夜轮班和患病有密切的联系;重体力劳动导致发病时间提前;职业期间较普通人群在各年龄段患病更平均。结论钢铁工业的女性职工患精神分裂症和职业特点有相关性且和普通人群有不同特点,需要更多及深入的研究。

ObjectiveTo ascertain the relevant factors and distribution characteristics of the woman with schizophrenia who work under the background of iron and steel industry.MethodsTo collect the illness and occupation information of the woman working in the iron and steel enterprises who were hospitalized in the two hospitals in our city and were in accord with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria.ResultsThe data analysis of the 31 patients shows that：①The work environment related to the disease.②Day and night shifts are closely related to the patients’ health condition.③Heavy physical labor may lead to time-advance of the disease.④The risk of disease of employed workers among all the age groups is more than often on average compared with ordinary people.ConclusionWoman with schizophrenia from iron and steel industry are correlated with the professional characteristics and are different from the ordinary people. More and deeper research is needed.
