胰腺癌外科治疗26例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 26 Cases of Surgical Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

目的分析胰腺癌患者开腹手术治疗效果。方法 26例胰腺癌患者,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各13例。对照组:对患者采用光动力治疗;试验组:在对照组的治疗基础上,对患者采用开腹手术治疗。结果试验组治疗有效率为92.3%明显高于对照组76.9%。对照组不良反应发生率为33.1%明显高于试验组15.4%,P<0.05。结论临床上对胰腺癌患者采用光动力联合开腹手术治疗,产生不良反应少,疗效显著。

ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of open surgery in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods26 cases of pancreatic cancer were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group of 13 cases. Control group： photodynamic therapy for patients with; experimental groups： control group, based on the patients with abdominal surgery.ResultsEffective rate of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than 76.9%, 92.3%. Control group of adverse reactions was 33.1%, significantly higher than the experimental group 15.4%,P〈0.05.ConclusionPancreatic cancer patients with clinical photodynamic therapy combined laparotomy, resulting in fewer adverse reactions, a signiifcant effect.
