摘要
目的：观察醋酸泼尼松龙局部封闭与手术治疗腘窝囊肿的疗效。方法将我院201例腘窝囊肿病例分为A、B两组，A组醋酸泼尼松龙封闭治疗118例，B组手术治疗83例，随访1~5年，观察两种方法的治疗效果。结果 A组治愈率及复发率与B组治愈率及复发率相近（P〉0.05）。结论局部封闭和手术治疗两种方法均有显著疗效，但仍有一定的复发率，醋酸泼尼松龙封闭组较手术治疗组治愈率略高，复发率略低。
ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of prednisolone acetate partially closed and operation treatment of popliteal cyst.MethodIn our hospital 201 cases popliteal cyst cases divided into A, B two groups, group A block in the treatment of 118 cases of prednisolone acetate, group B operation was performed in 83 cases, followed up 1-5 years, to observe the therapeutic efifcacy of the two methods.ResultThe cure rate and recurrence rate of group A and group B cure rate and recurrence rate were similar （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThe two method has obvious therapeutic effect in treating local closed and operation, but there are some recurrence rate, prednisolone acetate closed group compared with the operation resection group cure rate slightly higher, the recurrence rate is slightly lower.
