光子治疗仪辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染120例疗效观察

目的观察光子治疗仪在婴幼儿肺部感染中的疗效。方法选择诊断支气管肺炎,支气管炎,毛细支气管炎的下呼吸道感染病例,且肺部听诊有明显湿啰音,痰鸣音的患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组采用常规抗生素抗感染及止咳祛痰对症支持治疗;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用光子治疗仪,疗程1周。结果观察组在咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间上明显优于对照组。结论光子治疗仪对婴幼儿下呼吸道感染效果显著。

ObjectiveTo observe the efifcacy of the therapeutic equipment in the treatment of infant acute lower respiratory infections.MethodsSelect the infant acute lower respiratory infections 240 cases were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, 120 cases in each group. The control group ceftizoxime anti-infection symptomatic supportive treatment a week; treatment on the basis of the control group, the observation group plus the therapeutic equipment, the course of one week.ResultsThe time to shorten the duration of fever, cough disappeared, pulmonary rales disappeared time than the control group.ConclusionThe therapeutic equipment treatment of infant acute lower respiratory infections signiifcant effect.
