乳杆菌活菌胶囊在阴道炎防治中的疗效观察

Live Lactobacillus Bacteria Capsule in the Prevention and Control of Vaginitis Curative Effect Observation

目的探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊在阴道炎治疗及预防复发中的临床疗效。方法将2012年6月至2013年6月我院门诊就诊的三类常见阴道炎患者,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病124例、滴虫性阴道炎92例及细菌性阴道病104例,分别随机进行分组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊。1个疗程后观察各组的总有效率,各组治愈及显效者均在治疗停药后12周复查,观察复发率。结果外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗的总有效率,治疗组88.7%、对照组72.6%,复发率治疗组7.3%、对照组22.2%;滴虫性阴道炎治疗的总有效率,治疗组80.4%、对照组69.6%,复发率治疗组5.4%、对照组21.9%;细菌性阴道病治疗的总有效率,治疗组90.4%、对照组75.0%,复发率治疗组4.3%、对照组20.5%。各治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,但滴虫性阴道炎治疗的总有效率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗阴道炎,安全有效,复发率低。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect and recurrence prevention of the treatment about Living preparation of lactobacillus in vaginitis.MethodsThree kinds of common vaginitis patients, in June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital outpatient clinic, including vulvovaginal candidiasis 124 cases, 92 cases of trichomonal vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis of 104 cases were randomly grouped, the control group using conventional treatment, and the treatment group used the lactobacillus capsule on the basis of control group. After 12 weeks after treatment discontinuation, effective in groups of patients, observe the recurrence rate.ResultsThe total effective rate of treating vulvovaginal candidiasis, treatment group was 88.7% and 72.6% in control group, 7.3% recurrence rate in treatment group and 22.2% in control group; the total effective rate of treatment of trichomonal vaginitis, the treatment group was 80.4% and 69.6% in control group, 5.4% recurrence rate in treatment group and 21.9% in control group; the total effective rate of bacterial vaginosis treatment, treatment group was 90.4%, the control group 75.0%, 4.3% recurrence rate in treatment group and 20.5% in control group. The total effective rate in treatment group is higher than the control group, but the total effective rate of trichomonal vaginitis treatment, there was no statistically signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）; the recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group, the difference had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment of vaginitis to combined use of lactobacillus is safe and effective, the recurrence rate is low.
