64-CTA在颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解64-CTA在脑动脉瘤中临床中的诊断价值。方法应用64层螺旋CT对31例怀疑颅内动脉瘤的自发性蛛网膜下腔出现患者行64排螺旋CT脑血管成像检查,采用VR、MIP、MPR等技术重组成像,部分病例同DSA或手术所见对照。结果 31例CTA中共检出33个动脉瘤,单发29例,多发2例,有1个病灶较小CT报告阴性。CTA表现与经过DSA检查或经过手术的患者对照,结果基本一致。结论 64排螺旋CT脑血管成像可清楚显示颅内动脉瘤的部位、大小、形态以及与周围结构的关系,能够迅速、准确、无创的诊断颅内动脉瘤。可作为颅内动脉瘤疑诊患者的首选检查方法。
