意外发现的子宫神经内分泌癌1例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌（small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix，SCNEC）是一种特殊类型的妇科恶性肿瘤，发病率为0.31%~2%，几十年来，对宫颈神经内分泌癌的研究均以个案和小组病例报道为主。对于意外发现的SCNEC的病例更是少见，本文就其我院手术后病理结果意外发现的SCNEC的1例病例，结合其发病率、病因、临床特征、诊断及鉴别诊断、以及治疗和预后予以介绍，旨在引起同行的关注。
