The Turning and Transcendence of the Research on Social Risk and Its Governance

理性主义视角中的风险理论是一种技术取向,客观量化的风险技术是风险治理的依据。风险社会的建构主张体现了人们对风险问题的认识已经从最初的"理性关注"提升到了一种系统的"理论自觉"。风险社会的现实主义转向又把人们的视角引向更加具体的风险放大传导机制及影响的研究。与一般的后现代思潮对现代性一味地批判、否定或解构不同,社会风险的研究域场倡导了一个更为积极的研究方向。尽管如此,这些风险理论仍需要超越,资本逻辑导向的风险分析才能深刻揭示生产方式的内在对抗性矛盾和现代风险发展的历史趋势。

The risk theory in the perspective of rationalism is technology-oriented. Risk management is based on ob-jective and quantitative risk technology. Constructive ideas of risk society reflect that people awareness of risk issues has been raised from the originally rational concern to the systemic theory of consciousness. The realist perspective of social risk makes people turn toward the research on more specific risks, amplifying transmission mechanism and its impact. Unlike the general blindly trend of postmodernism critique, which denies and de-constructs the modernism, the above research of social risk advocates a more active research direction. However,these risk theories still need to transcend. It is the capital logic-oriented risk analysis that can profoundly reveal the inherent antagonistic contradictions between the production mode and the historical trend of modern risk.
