摘要
知识选择是课程开发的基本问题。优化校本课程开发中的知识选择对彰显校本课程的特色、提升校本课程的品质、激发教师的课程意识具有重要意义。教师参与课程领导的缺失、知识观的偏狭和知识选择方法的不足是校本课程开发中知识选择困境的主要原因。笔者认为,主体权力共享、知识融会共生和立足内部视界有助于当前校本课程开发中知识选择困境的突破。
Knowledge selection is a basic problem in curriculum development. It makes important significance in highlighting the characteristics of school based curriculum development, improving quality of school based curriculum development, and stimulating teacher's curriculum consciousness. At present, the dilemma of knowledge selection in school based curriculum development is due to the lack of teachers participate in curriculum leadership, the narrow point of knowledge view and the insufficient methods. Power sharing, knowledge integration and based on internal horizons is conductive to breakthrough the dilemma of knowledge selection in school based curriculum development.
