摘要
从自组织的内涵出发,阐释了知识的自组织机制的内在价值与现实意义,分析了自组织在数据质量、技术要求、信息获取和服务以及隐性知识保护等方面给图书馆组织带来的挑战,也分析了知识的自组织给图书馆事业发展带来的新机遇。图书馆学与图书馆组织工作应利用既有优势和成果积极参与到跨边界的知识自组织研究和发展中去,以此为契机实现图书馆发展。图书馆在隐性知识转移服务实践中,对知识如何组织和设计转移的方式,如何捕捉隐性知识并存储在图书馆知识管理系统来管理,以及在多大程度上是符合知识转移情境条件,从而实现知识共享的目标还不是很明确。从图书馆工作实践的过程,分析激励政策、重组知识、跨组织边界与知识转移之间的关系,通过构建图书馆跨组织边界框架,促进图书馆之间以及跨组织边界合作、知识交流、学习和创新。
Starting from the connotation of self-organization, intrinsic value and the practical significance of interpretation of the self-organization mechanism of knowledge, the paper analyzes the self-organization in data quality, technical requirements, access to information and services as well as tacit knowledge protection and other aspects to the library organizational challenges, and also discusses the new opportunities to the development of library brought by knowledge self-organization. The work of library science and library organization should use both advantages and achievements to participate actively in the across boundary knowledge self-organization in order to achieve the development of library. In the practice of transfer of tacit knowledge of library services, the organization of knowledge and design of knowledge transfer, how to capture the tacit knowledge and store it in the management system of library, and the extents being in line with the knowledge transfer conditions so as to realize the goal of knowledge sharing are not definitely clear. From the process of library work practice, the paper analyzes the relationship among incentive policies, knowledge restructuring, the inter organization boundary and knowledge transfer, and constructs a framework of across organizational boundaries for library, aiming at promoting cooperation, knowledge communication, learning and innovation between libraries and across organizational boundaries.
