An Analysis of Knowledge Services in Corporate Libraries:An Exploratory Case Study

文章以我国现阶段经济转型为宏观背景,探讨企业图书馆在企业知识管理计划中的知识服务模式和类型。笔者采用案例研究法,选择一所大型研究型国有企业图书馆为样本展开调研,通过分析这一综合性案例获取一手的基于情景的资料,构建案例企业图书馆的知识服务理论框架,以期对现行理论和实际工作有所启示。

This paper reports a research investigation on corporate library knowledge services in knowledge intensive Chinese organizations. This study adopts a case study approach and selectes a corporate library in a Chinese SOE as the case study site, at which both quantitative and qualitative data are collected and analyzed. This study aims at building knowledge services theoretical framework and providing both theoretical and practical implications based on in-depth analysis of a comprehensive case study which includes the collection of first-hand contextual sensitive information.
