摘要
随着信息化水平不断提高,高校图书馆信息技术战略规划显得日益重要起来。通过调查部分知名美国高校图书馆信息技术战略规划,发现信息技术战略规划很受美国高校图书馆重视,并且具有以下特征:在全面把握师生需求基础上开展信息技术战略规划;融合了高等教育教学、科研等应用需要,重视对教育变革的作用;重视整合和优化配置信息技术资源和服务;充分利用现代信息技术提升高校图书馆的管理水平,对我国高校图书馆制定信息技术战略规划具有很好的启示。
University library information technology strategic plan has important guiding significance for informatization. Through a survey of some famous American university libraries, the author finds that they attach great importance to information technology strategic plans. The plans have the characteristics as follows： planning based on the needs of faculty and students in research and teaching, emphasizing on the role of it in education reform and integration of IT resources and services, and making full use of IT to improve the management of university library, which has a significant reference value for those in domestic university libraries.
