寿胎丸对辅助生殖刺激周期助孕作用的临床研究

Clinical study on promoting effect of Shoutai pills during stimulating cycle of assisted reproduction

目的:探讨寿胎丸联合西药治疗对辅助生殖技术(ART)刺激周期早期妊娠的助孕作用。方法:回顾性分析促排卵联合指导同房或联合宫腔内人工授精(IUI)助孕治疗获得妊娠的肾虚型不孕症患者60例,其中寿胎丸与西药联合治疗30例为研究组,西药治疗30例为对照组。比较两组血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、胎儿成形率、激素类药物用量、总药费支出。结果:中医证候的改善两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);妊娠第5周E2、P、β-hCG值,妊娠第8周E2、P值,妊娠第12周P值等方面,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);在激素药物的用量以及治疗总药费方面,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸联合西药治疗与单纯西药治疗相比能更有效地维持妊娠早期激素水平并推动其增长,治疗费用更低,激素药物的使用量更少,在ART刺激周期的助孕效果更佳。

Objective： To explore the promoting effect of Shoutai pills combined with western medicine in early pregnancy with as- sisted reproduction technology （ART） during stimulating cycle. Methods： Sixty infertile patients treated with ovulation induction or intrau- terine insemination （IUI） were analyzed retrospectively and divided into study group and control group ; 30 patients in study group were trea- ted with Shoutai pills combined with western medicine, while 30 patients in control group were treated with western medicine; the levels of serum estradiol, progestogen and β -intrauterine insemination （β-hCG）, the rates of fetal formation, the doses of hormones and the total therapeutic costs in the two groups were compared. Results ： There was no statistically significant difference in the improvements of tradition- al Chinese medicine syndrome features between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05） ; the levels of estradiol, progestogen and β- hCG on the fifty week of pregnancy, the levels of estradiol and progestogen on the eighth week of pregnancy, progestogen level on the twelfth week of pregnan- cy in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; the doses of hormones and therapeutic cost in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Compared with simple western medi- cine, Shoutai pills combined with western medicine can more effectively maintain hormones levels during early pregnancy and promote the in- creases of hormones levels, the therapeutic cost and the doses of hormones are lower, the promoting effect on assisted reproduction during stimulating cycle of ART is better.
