摘要
采用聚硫橡胶弹性体对环氧树脂基体进行改性,以混合胺为固化剂制备胶膜,考察聚硫橡胶用量、混合胺类固化剂配比、偶联剂用量以及填料用量对固化后产物力学性能的影响。用SEM和TG对固化产物的拉伸断裂面形态和热稳定性进行表征。通过一系列改性实验,发现当聚硫橡胶的加入量为总质量的7.5%,TY300/T31配比为3∶1,加入8%偶联剂时,可以制备出力学性能优异的固化体系。经测试其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到7.5 MPa和35%。
A polysulfide rubber elastomer was used to modify epoxy resin matrix. Based on mixed amine as curing agent, the influence of dosage of polysulfide rubber and mixed amine on mechanical properties of the curing product was investigated, additionally the curing product further incorporated with silane coupling agent was compared in terms of properties. The morphology of the cross section at break elongation and thermal stability were characterized by SEM and TG. The results showed that a curing product comprising polysulfide rubber 7.5%, coupling agent 8% and TY300/T31 with its ratio of 3:1 gave excellent mechanical properties, e.g., tensile strength 7.5 MPa and elongation at break 35%.
