摘要 本试验探讨了玉米活性多糖的抗衰老作用。未配对的雌雄小鼠被随机分成五组:衰老模型组,正常对照组,低剂量组,中剂量组和高剂量组,除正常对照组外均为D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠。五周后将实验小鼠处死,取其血清,大脑,肝脏和肾脏分别测得超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)等相关指标。结果表明:①从衰老模型组、空白组、低剂量组、中剂量组到高剂量组,SOD,GSH-PX和CAT活力均呈上升趋势,3个剂量组血清及各脏器中的SOD、GSH-PX活力与衰老模型组均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),量效关系呈正相关趋势;②各剂量组与衰老组相比血清和各脏器中的MDA含量均显著下降(P<0.05),且量效关系呈负相关趋势。而高剂量组小鼠的SOD、GSH-PX和CAT活力增加比其他各组更显著,MDA含量更低。所以,玉米多糖可以提高D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的SOD、GSH-PX和CAT活性,降低MDA含量,从而具有抗衰老作用。 Mice have been treated as the experimental animal to study the anti - aging effect of corn active polysaccharides(CAP). Unmated female and male mice were respectively and randomly divided into five groups as: senile model group, normal group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group. The mice were measured with anti - aging test except the normal group. After five weeks the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), glutathione peroxides( GSH - Px), catalase(CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the serum, brain, liver and kidney of senescence - accelerated mice were measured respectively. The results showed that: (1) As the turn of senile model group, normal group, low dose group, medium dose group to high dose group, the activities of SOD, GSH -PX and CAT in serum, brain, liver and kidney(p 〈 0.05 )increased significantly; (2) Compared with the senile model group, contents of MDA in serum, brain, liver and kidney(p 〈 0.05 ) decreased significantly ; The conclusion: CAP may postpone senility, which mechanism probably connect with rising immunity, eliminating oxygen free radicals, anti -lipoperoxidation and dropping MDA to express a anti -aging effect.
