2型糖尿病患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验各时间点血小板聚集率的变化 被引量:2

Changes in the platelet aggregation rate following 75g OGTT in type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨T2DM患者75g OGTT各时间点血小板聚集率的变化。方法新诊断的T2DM患者27例行口服75g OGTT,分别观察0、0.5、1、2、3h二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的血小板聚集率。结果 OGTT各时间点ADP诱导的血小板聚集率分别为(8.07±4.38)%、(7.63±3.95)%、(7.14±3.35)%、(6.70±3.39)%、(6.70±3.49)%差异无统计学意义。AA诱导各时间点血小板聚集率分别为(8.30±3.44)%、(8.00±2.94)%、(7.74±2.94)%、(7.70±2.66)%、(7.74±3.21)%,差异也无统计学意义。结论新诊断的T2DM患者血小板聚集率不随OGTT各时间点血糖、胰岛素水平的变化而变化。 Objective To investigate changes of the platelet activity following with OGTT plasma glucose and serum insulin. Methods Oral 75 gOGTT was carried out in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients (n=27) to determine platelet aggregation at fasting and oral 75 g glucose 30 min, 60 min, 120 min, 180 min by ADP(10 μmol/L) and arachidonic acid (10μ mol/L),respectively. Results There were no statistical differences in platelet aggregation at fasting and oral 75 g glucose 0.5, 1, 2, 3 h by adenosine diphosphate (ADP)and arachidonic acid (AA) induced. Conclusions Platelet aggregation is not changed following OGTT plasma glucose and insulin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
