摘要
针对油田各联合站、转油站油水储罐中沉积的罐底油泥,开发了一种利用O3氧化清洗及CO2开关型表面活性剂清洗的热化学处理装置,该装置采用间歇处理工艺,橇装结构,可移动处理罐底油泥。处理后泥砂残油率降至国家标准的0.3%以下,原油回收率达95%以上,有效的解决了罐底油泥直接填埋对周边环境的危害问题,并回收其中大量的石油资源。
A kind of thermochemical processing device with ozone oxidation cleaning and CO 2 switch type surfactant which for sludge sedimentation in oilfield station were developed. The device adopts batch processing , skid mounted structure, removable processing tank sediment. The residual oil rate of mud and sand dropped to 0.3%of national standard, and the recovery rate reached above 95%.The sludge problems were solved effectively, and abundant petroleum resources were recovered.
