社保费征缴“四方联网”监管运行路径及效能

Supervision and Management in Social Insurance Premium Collection through "Four Departments Networking"——the Methods and Efficacy

淮安市人社局联合地税、财政、审计部门,创新社保费征管监控新机制,实施"四方联网"实时征管监控,社保费征管效能提升,目前已在江苏省推广。本文着重对基金征缴环节的"四方联网"监管运行路径及效能进行分析。

Human resources and social security bureau of Huaian City jointed the departments of local tax, finance, and audit, to innovate the social insurance fund collection monitoring mechanisms, therefore to implement real-time monitoring model in social insurance premiums collection and management by the way of＂Four Department Networking＂. As a result of this networking, the efficiency of Social insurance premium collection and management has been improved and the methods have been applied widely in Jiangsu province. This article intensively analyzed the approach and efficacy of the supervision and administration in fund raising through＂Four Department Networking＂.
