百色市城镇职工大病保险由医保经办机构负责全程经办服务,实行与职工基本医保同步缴费,单独筹资。大病保险报销比例达70%以上,2013年最高支付限额每人每年20万元。随着基金支撑能力不断增强,使大病患者得到及时救助,有效化解了因病致贫的风险。
