摘要
通过频域有限差分法与色散介质的频域表达式相结合,文章推导出二维TM波激励下的频域公式,设计了一种二维周期性孔阵列结构的Debye色散介质模型,并分析了入射角度、色散介质结构参数对透射特性的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内当入射角增大、孔半径增大及周期常数减小时,该色散介质均具有较好的透射特性。
In this paper ,the formula of two-dimensional TM wave excitation in frequency domain is derived by combining the frequency-domain finite-difference(FDFD) method and dispersive medium in frequency domain .A two-dimensional periodic hole array structure based on Debye dispersive medium model is designed ,and the effect of the changes of the incidence angle and the structure parameters of dispersive medium on the transmission characteristic is analyzed .The results show that with the increase of the incidence angle and the size of the hole and the decrease of the periodic constant within limits ,the dispersive medium presents a better transmission characteristic .
