摘要
文章采用理论分析与现场检测相结合的方法获得沥青路面顶面的当量黏弹性模量。根据现场承载板法检测得到的数据,使用有限元软件及二次开发程序建立计算模型,反算沥青路面顶面黏弹性参数,并选用0.4MPa压力下的独立实测数据验证模拟结果的准确性。数值模型分别使用Prony级数法和UMAT法,计算得到的回弹变形与实测数据较接近,表明2种方法对黏弹性参数反算都具有合理性。随着加载的增大,具有二次开发能力的UMAT法更接近实测结果。沥青路面顶面黏弹性参数反算法是对当前规范中当量回弹模量法的改进,可为路面设计及日后的养护与改建提供量化的参数依据。
In order to obtain the equivalent viscoelastic parameters on the top of asphalt pavement surface ,a method combining theoretical analysis and field tests was used .According to the data from field loading plate tests ,the calculation models were established by using the finite element software and the secondary development process to inversely calculate viscoelastic parameters of asphalt pavement .The independent measured data under 0.4 MPa pressure was selected to verify the accuracy of simulation result . The methods of Prony series and User-Defined Material Mechanical Behavior (UMAT) were used in the numerical model respectively .The calculated rebound deformations were close to the measured data ,so the reasonableness of the two methods was proved .With the increasing pressure ,the simulated results by using UMAT method ,which has the secondary development ability ,were more close to the measured field results .The inverse calculation method of viscoelastic parameters can provide a quantitative computational basis for pavement design ,maintenance and reconstruction ,and it is an improvement on the current method of equivalent rebound modulus .
