摘要
研究结合中国传统食品机械开发现状,紧密围绕农产品深加工机械设备研发、食品机械数字样机可视化和协同开发与设计关键问题,建立一个基于EON的食品机械设计平台——VRFP系统。VRFP系统可以对食品机械数字样机进行导入,并且不改变其网格、材料、颜色,保持整体样机的完整和各零部件的相对独立,不只是一个三维软件建立的三维模型,而是一个具有可操作交互的虚拟数字样机;支持数据手套和三维数据头盔的接入,可以身临其境地对虚拟场景中的样机进行观看和检测,对于复杂的设备系统,可以进入设备内部进行检查;支持分布式网络协同设计与查看,解决了多处远程观看样机困难的问题。
This research combined Chinese traditional food machinery development status, focused on the key issues that the development of intensive processing of farm produce machinery, visualization of virtual food machinery digital prototyping, collaborative design and development, established a food machinery design platform based on EON technology called VRFP system. VRFP system can not only import virtual food machinery digital prototyping without changing its meshes, materials, colors, but maintain the overall prototype completed and its parts relatively independent, it's not just a threedimensional model built under the 3D software, but a virtual digital prototype which can interact with; it supported data gloves and helmet three-dimensional data access, you can watch and test the proto- type immersive, and enter the virtual environment to checked into the interior of the devices for complex system; it supports collabora tive design and view with distributed network, to solve the difficult problems of remote prototype viewing.
