摘要 以高压差提取分离器和连续式提取分离器为核心技术,设计研制一种移动式提取分离植物化学物质的装置。装置的自动控制系统由中央控制系统、现场控制系统和现场设备3层体系组成,整个系统通过可编程控制器(PLC)来实现,中央控制室工控机和可编程控制器之间通过CP5611卡相连,各现场控制系统和中央控制系统之间采用DP总线来联接,实现信息互通和控制,从而对植物有效成分的移动式提取整个过程实现自动控制。利用该装置可在20℃以下提取生物活性物质,提取率可达95%以上,并同时进行物理分离、浓缩。 The movable-type equipment for extracting phytochemicals was designed and developed, which took high pressure differential extraction and continuous extraction as the core technology. The automatic control system of this equipment was consist of central control system, field control system and field equipment. The whole system could be achieved by programmable logic controller(PLC). The industrial control computer(IPC) of central control room and PLC were connected via Card CP5611. All the field control system and central control system were linked by DP bus, making information exchanged and controlled, which could achieve automatic control of the whole movable extraction process of the effective components in plants. By using this equipment , bioactivators could be extracted under the temperature of 20 ℃, where the extracting ratio could reach above 95%, physical separation and concentration could be conducted at the same time.
