摘要
设计一种双孢菇培养料托盘收布装置。应用Solid—works软件进行三维建模,用Adams软件对系统进行运动仿真模拟,得到托盘的位置和空间轨迹仿真曲线,验证了系统的性能。并进行定位误差性能测试试验,试验结果表明:该系统可以顺利完成托盘的转运,满载时其行走速度均值达到23.7m/min,提升速度均值达到9.1m/min,转运速度均值达到8.9m/min,每次转运周期控制在60S内完成,满足工厂化生产中高效生产要求。行走定位误差均值控制在25~30mm范围内,提升定位误差均值控制在40~50mm范围内,转运定位误差均值控制在20~25mm范围内,满足工厂化生产中准确度要求。研究结果可为托盘收布装置的设计和后续优化提供参考。
The compost pallet transfer device of Agaricus bisporus was designed. Used Solidworks software for three-dimensional mod- eling software with Adams motion simulation of the system, to get the position of the tray and space trajectory simulation curve, and verified the system performance. A positioning error Performance Test was carried out, and test results showed that the system could successfully complete pallet transport, the walking speed reached 23.7 m/min when loaded with its average, with the mean lifting speed 9.1 m/min, mean transit speed 8.9 m/min, and each trans-port cycle control in the 60 s, met the requirements of industrial pro-duction of efficient production. Walking positioning error mean was controlled in the range of 25-30 mm, the positioning error of the mean 40-50 ram, and the positioning error of the mean transit 20- 25 mm, met the accuracy requirements of industrial production. Follow-up studies can be designed and optimized for the compost pallet transfer device of agaricus bisporus.
