摘要 为研究加载速度、干燥时间、发芽情况对甘蔗根切应力的影响,利用WD-200B微机控制电子万能试验机进行单因素和正交试验。结果表明:各因素对甘蔗根切应力的影响主次关系为:发芽情况>干燥时间>加载速度。在加载速度为50mm/min,干燥时间7d,刚发芽时,甘蔗根的切应力最小,随着发芽情况变好,切应力先增大后减小。同一发芽情况下,随着加载速度从10mm/min增加到250mm/min,甘蔗根切应力从2.09MPa增大到2.81 MPa;在同一加载速度250mm/min下,甘蔗根切应力与发芽情况不呈线性增长关系。随着干燥时间的延长,甘蔗根切应力从2.41MPa增大到3.30MPa。本试验不仅为甘蔗根切割刀具设计提供理论依据,也为选择切割参数提供参考。 Studied the influences of loading speed, drying time, germination situation on the sugarcane roots cutting stress, and WD- 200 B microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine was used to test single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the primary and secondary relationship between the influencing factors for sugarcane root cutting stress: germination situation〉drying time〉loading speed. With the loading speed 50mm/ min, the moisture content drying time 7 d, just germination, sugarcane root cutting stress was minimum, and with the germination condition turning better, shear stress increased first and then decreased. Under the same germination conditions, as loading speed increased from 10 mm/min to 250 mm/min, the sugarcane root cutting stress increased from 2.09 MPa to 2.81 MPa; Under the same loading speed 250 mm/min, sugarcane root stress and germination condition did not increase linearly. With the extension of drying time, the sugarcane root cutting stress increased from 2.41 MPa to 3.30 MPa. This test was not only provide theoretical basis for sugar cane root cutting tool design, also provided reference for selecting cutting parameters.
