摘要
受宏观经济发展放缓、食品安全问题频繁曝光等问题的影响,食品企业正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,如何在这样的宏观环境下,有效利用企业内部和外部的人力资源、信息资源、物力资源和经济资源而获得长期发展是当今食品企业面临的亟需解决的关键问题之一。人力资源作为企业发展的关键因素,如何进行科学管理亦是现代科学管理的重要内容。文章用理论研究、行业分析、案例学习等方法,对食品企业人力资源管理进行了分析,探讨当下食品企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题,并提出解决问题的办法。
Effected by microeconomics' slowdown and frequently exposed food safety problems , food enterprises are facing unprecedent- ed opportunities and challenges. How to effectively use enterprise's internal and external human resources, information resources, rnaterial resources and economic resources and achieve long-term development in the macro environment is one of the key issues that need to be solved urgently for today's food industry. As a key factor in the development of enterprises, how to managing human resources scientifically is the important content of modern scientific management. This paper mainly analyzes the food enterprise human resource management and discusses the related problems it encounters and puts forward the measures to solve the problems with theoretical research, industry analysis, case studies and so on.
