高校分校区教学运行机制探讨

The Discussion of Branch Campus' Teaching Operational Mechanism

为了配合新时代人才培养的需要,我国各地高校一改单一教学区的构成模式,由一校两区、一校多区而组成的大学如雨后春笋般涌现出来,面对这种大学校区构成的新模式,如何进行有效的教学管理、合理的利用教学资源、极大发挥教师的教学主动性和积极性成为了教育工作者研究的热门课题。本文通过对高校分校区教学运行影响因素的分析,探讨构建科学的分校区教学运行机制。

In order to adapt the needs of talent training in the new era,more and more University of our country change the mode of the single teaching area to the mode that include two school district or the multi campus,in the face of the new mode of the university campus. It is become a hot topic how we can make effective teaching management and the reasonable use of teaching resources,play to teachers＆#39; teaching great initiative and enthusiasm. In this paper,we talk about through the analysis of campus teaching operation factors to explore construct the scientific teaching operational mechanism.
