摘要
煤气发生炉生产煤气用的原料是无烟煤或焦炭,要求原料粒度为25 ~ 50 mm.改造前由于振动筛筛分效果不好,导致进入煤气发生炉的粉煤较多,影响了煤气发生炉的工艺操作,并且稍小于25 mm的原料得不到利用,存在很大的浪费.本文通过对输煤系统振动筛的改造,提高了筛分效率,有效利用了14~ 25 mm的颗粒料,达到了提高煤的利用比例、降低煤耗的目的.
The raw materials of gas producing furnace are anthracite coal or coke, and the particle size required is 25 mm to 50 mm. Before transforming the vibration sieve, due to its ineffective, more pulverized coals are introduced into the gas furnace and affect its process operation. In addition, the raw material particles whose size is slightly less than 25 mm are rarely used, and it will lead to a big waste. So in this paper, through transforming the vibrating sieve in coal handling system, the screening efficiency is improved and 14 - 25 mm pellets are used effectively. Finally, it achieves the goals of coal utilization ratio improvement and coal consumption reduction.
