从社会学角度看,企业内部劳动关系的必备底蕴应是社会合作;企业成为共同体是整体经济社会目标对企业劳动关系必然与基本的要求;为此,企业应着力于内部和谐劳动关系的共建与共享。

From the perspective of sociology , the cooperation should be the inner foundation of working relation in the enterprise .It is the necessary and basic demand that enterprises will become a community by the whole economic goals .Therefore , the enterprise should focus on building an inner harmonious working relation-ship.
