The lost of balance of human resource in the enterprise is a kind of inherent economic phenom-enon, which includes the negative factors and positive factors .The lost of balance of human resource in enter-prise will influence the enterprise ’ s administrative system directly .We should take some effective actions on the lost of balance of enterprise ’ s administration .
