高职教师继续教育问题刍议

A Brief Discussion on the Further Education of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教师现正面临着知识经济等一系列问题的挑战,因此必须要重视搞好继续教育。但目前存在的继续教育内容缺乏实效性和针对性、教师主动参与继续教育的动力不足、继续教育制度有待健全、教师继续教育资金投入不足等问题,却严重影响着上述任务的有效实现。因此,今后必须在提高继续教育的实效性与针对性、建立继续教育的有效激励机制、强化对相关教师的督导评价等方面,做些实实在在的工作。

The teachers in higer vocational colleges are now facing a series of challenges .Therefore the further education must be taken seriously .However the current further education has problems like the lack of effect and pertinence , less motive in teachers taking further education program , the need to facilitate a sound further education system and lack of investing in further education , which influence the function of further edu-cation.Therefore we must put more efforts on aspects of further education ’ s effect and pertinence , the building of incentive mechanism and strengthening the scoring and assessing system on teachers so as to make some solid progress.
