摘要
新能源项目的运作伴随着高度不确定性,因此其风险管理极具必要性和重要性.不同的风险及其调控战略将产生不同的风险调控成本,并成为影响战略选择的决定因素.以最小化风险调控成本为目标,分析单个新能源项目对某个风险事件的风险调控过程,并研究其调控方法的选择,从而探讨风险和项目特征对调控战略的影响,为新能源项目的风险管理提供有益的学术研究参考.
High degree of uncertainty is always associated with the operation of new energy projects, therefore, the risk management for new energy projects is of extreme necessity and great importance. Different risks and risk regulating strategies will induce various regulating costs, and then affect the strategic options as determinants. Targeting at minimizing risk regulating costs, the risk regulating process of certain a risk event for single new energy project was analyzed, then the options of risk regulating methods were investigated as well, so as to explore the impacts on regulatory strategies from risk characteristics and project characteristics. It is hoped that certain useful academic references for risk management of new energy projects can be provided.
