参麦注射液关节腔注射配合骨痹消痛汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察 被引量:4

Therapeutic Effect of Intra-articular Injection with Shenmai Injection Plus Oral use of Gubi Xiaotong Decoction for Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的;观察参麦注射液关节腔注射配合骨痹消痛汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将2011年3月~2013年6月门诊就诊患者112例,随机分为治疗组57例与对照组55例,治疗组予以参麦注射液关节腔注射配合骨痹消痛汤治疗,对照组予以玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。比较组间及治疗前后膝关节AKS评分及临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.7%,对照组为72.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。2组治疗前后AKS膝评分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05);2组治疗后组间比较,差异也有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。2组治疗前后AKS功能评分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05);2组治疗后组间比较,差异也有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论:参麦注射液关节腔注射配合自拟骨痹消痛汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎既能减轻膝关节因炎症引起的关节疼痛,又能改善关节活动功能,疗效确切,值得更好地在基层医院中推广应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of intra-articular injection with Shenmai injection plus oral use of Gubi Xiaotong decoction for knee osteoarthritis. Methods: One hundred and twelve outpatients recruited from March of 2011 to June of 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given sodium hyaluronate by intra-articular injection, the observation group was given Shenmai injection by intra-articular injection combined with Gubi Xiaotong decoction. The American Knee Society(AKS) clinical scores and the clinical effect were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.7% in the treatment group, and was 72.7% in the control group, the difference being significant(P〈 0.05). AKS scores in both groups after treatment significantly differed from those before treatment (P 〈0.05), and the difference of AKS scores between the two groups was also was significant after treatment(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Intra-articular injection with Shenmai injection plus oral use of Gubi Xiaotong decoction showscertain therapeutic effect for knee osteoarthritis. The therapy has the advantages of relieving the pain induced by knee inflammation and improving knee function, and is suitable for extensive clinical application in the primary hospital.
