带下病中医分型与阴道微生态的关联性分析

Correlation of Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Types of Leukorrhagia with Vaginal Microecosystem

目的:分析带下病中医分型与阴道微生态的关联性。方法:研究2013年在本院体检中心进行中医参与下妇女病普查的2 935例女性的资料,将带下病患者的中医分型与阴道微生态数据进行对比分析。结果:脾虚型和湿热下注型的带下病患者多为霉菌性阴道炎,热毒蕴结型的带下病患者多为滴虫性阴道炎。结论:带下病的中医分型与阴道微生态的状况有相关性。

Objective, To analyze the correlation between traditional Chinese medical syndrome types of leukorrhagia andvaginal microecosystem. Methods Based on the research data of gynecopathy census in 2013, a comparative study ofsyndrome types and vaginal microecosystem of leukorrhagia was conducted. Results. Most leukorrhagia patients with spleendeficiency or downward attack of damp-heat had colpomycosis, and most leukorrhagia patients with accumulation ofexcessive heat toxin had trichomoniasis vaginitis. Conclusion, The traditional Chinese medical syndrome types of leukorrhagiaare correlated with the vaginal microecosystem.
