摘要 三鑫金铜矿新主井井筒深1 091m,属千米竖井,净直径小,只有4.5m,凿井施工中配备了3m滚筒直径的大提升机配4.0m^3座钧式吊桶提升,液压伞形钻架凿岩,中心回转式抓岩机装岩,3.8m高的MJY型整体移动金属大模板砌壁等大型机械化配套作业线采用井筒与井塔平行施工技术,施工中通过科学管理,精心组织,在2013年创造了连续7个月月进尺破百米、单月最高进尺126m的佳绩,实现了竖井优质、快速。 The depth of the new main shaft of Sanxin gold-copper mine is 1 091 meters,which belongs to kilometer shafts. What' s more, its net diameter is small,only 4.5 meters. The shaft sinking construction is equipped with large mechanized supporting line, including large hoist with 3m diameter drum and a 4.0m3 hook bucket to lift, the hydraulic umbrella drill to sink, the centre rotating grab to muck,as well as the 3.8m MJY integrally movable steel form to cut wall. Due to the parallel construction technology of the shaft and the shaft tower,and the scientific management and the well organization,it made a success that month footage were more than 100m for seven months,and the highest record of month footage was 126m in 2013. It achieved the quality,fast drink of shaft, while ensuring the safety of the construction.
