阶段充填采矿法二步采场回采工艺研究与实践

Research and practice of two step mining technology of mass mining method

阶段充填采矿法是近年来兴起的一种新的采矿方法 ^([1]),它具有传统的空场法和充填法的特点,能够实现阶段采矿和嗣后充填,而且能够将矿体分成矿房(一步)和矿柱(二步),实现矿体连续开采,对提高资源的利用率具有重大意义。本文对阶段充填采矿法二步采场(矿柱)的回采过程进行了分析和研究,提出采用预留保护壁和控制中深孔爆破振动等技术措施来保护一步采场充填体并使其稳定的方案,最后通过试验证明此方案可行,能够保证一步采场充填体不被破坏,满足采矿生产的需求。

Mass filling method is a new mining method developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of open stoping and filling method. It can realize the stage mining and subsequent filling,and the orebody can be divided into room （first step） and pillar （second step） ,and realize orebody mining continuously. It has great significance for improving the utilization rate of resources. In this paper the two step mining process was analyzed and studied, and the scheme, with which the filling body was protected to ensure its stability by reserving the protective wall and reducing blasting vibration, was put forward. It was proved by experiment that this scheme was feasible, and it can guarantee the filling body not to be destroyed in the first mining,and meet the needs of mining production.
