尾矿浆在钢管中的水力计算经验公式很多,但是在衬胶管中的水力计算很少。某铜矿利用HDPE管道和钢塑管进行尾矿压力输送,该项目运行多年,积累了很多经验。通过该项目,本文分析了衬胶管道的尾矿浆压力输送。

There are many empiric formulas used for hydraulic calculation of refuse pulp transport in steel pipeline, but there are few formulas used in rubber-lined pipeline. In a copper mine, HDPE pipe and steel-plastic pipe have been successfully used for refuse pressure transport for many years. Based on this project, the refuse pulp transport of rubber-lined pipeline was analyzed.
