摘要
通过分析某电厂煤粉炉燃烧后固体、液体和气体中含汞量,获得了300、600MW煤粉锅炉的汞排放特性。结果表明,进入300、600MW煤粉锅炉的汞最后主要富集在飞灰中而被除尘器捕集,分别占总汞质量的85.10%、69.17%;湿法脱硫系统能脱除一部分烟气汞,脱硫石膏、废水中的汞分别占3.56%、11.66%;底渣中的汞均占了不到1%;最后排入大气的烟气中汞分别为3.23、3.51μg/m3,分别占10.93%、19.15%。
Through the analysis of the mercury content in the solid,liquid and gas after coal combustion in a cer- tain power plant pulverized coal furnace,mercury emission characteristics in the 300 MW and 600 MW pulverized coal boiler were obtained. Study showed that most of the mercury entering the boiler was absorbed on fly ash finally,and the fly ash could be captured in electrostatic precipitator. For the pulverized coal boiler with rated power of 300,600 MW,the mercury removed through fly ash capture account for 85. 10% and 69.17% of the total mercury quantity. The Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization (WFGD) device could remove part of the flue gas mercury,3.56% and 11.66% of mercury was transferred into flue gas desulfurization gypsum and wastewater. Mercury in bottom ash was less than 1%. Final mercury concentration of flue gas discharged into the atmosphere was 3.23,3.51 μg/m3. This part of the mercury was 10.93% and 19.15% respectively.
