Dickkopf-1在肿瘤中的作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前,在已知的十几种高发性癌中Wnt信号传导途径的失调与肿瘤的发生密切相关, Wnt信号通路通过作用于下游靶基因的表达影响细胞凋亡与细胞迁移及侵袭。 Dickkopf-1是近年来发现的Dickko-pfs家族成员之一,是Wnt 通路的抑制分子。有学者发现,人 Dickkopf-1基因位于10号染色体10q11上,且从不同细胞中提取其分子质量不同,一般为35~45 kU。目前,已知的Dickkopf-1受体有两种:一种是低密度脂蛋白受体( LRP-5和LRP-6),另一种是含 kringle 结构域的 kremen 蛋白。Dickkopf-1通过 Wnt/β-catenin 经典信号传导途径以及Wnt非经典信号传导途径在多种肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。现对Dickkopf-1在肿瘤中的作用作一综述。
